Dear Friends, I have account in SBI since I was just 19 years old. It is the largest Public Sector Bank in India, so naturally truthworthy so people used to have account in it. Below are positive and Nagative side of SBI Bank.
Pros 1. Largest Public sector bank hence truthworthy
Largest Network of Branches and ATMs
Only Bank which is available almost anywhere near any village area also
In top 5 Banks having Highest Market Capitalization.
Cons 1. Lacking Man power management, Resource management and customer management
Low Customer Satisfaction ration as compare to Private Sector Banks.
Low Customer Turn Around Ration
Lacking Customer Friendly bank environment.
