State bank of india is largest bank of india.they had a lot of branches all over the world.they had many plans to established through out the world.i would share my personal experience about state bank of india.i Am and my husband, myson all are state bank account holders.their plans are very useful, but the customer service is little bad.because they had not responding to my doubts.they are very friendly to talk about account details.they must response to the customers by giving correct informations which can be improved to the customer service.they providing home loans , education loans etc.it is very useful to us.i think so they must improve customer service.phone banking is very useful.they all keep our account details safe and secured.atm facility also availability so that we can easily take cash at everywhere.
