Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Star Health Insurance Claim Approval Time is around 4 hours for 1 claim and as per IVR team it is 2 hrs. Hope they switch to AI soon to automate the claim approval process. IVR team is needed to give information to the patient's kin. The insurance team at the hospitals are pathetic they have counters for name sake and dont have any knowledge of what they are doing.
