I am the Standard Chartered Bank Credit card holder, and being their customer I have to furnish my personal details e.g Mobile No. Etc. To the bank. But I never thought the bank of such repute will disclose my details to their tele callers DSA's who keep calling me to offer some or other credit card.
I got a call today from No. 011-43631716 (Delhi No.) Ms Pooja who claimed that she is calling from SCB and when I asked her credentials she got offensive and given the phone to some other girl, when I asked her that I want to know the address from where she is calling? Her reply was we don't know the address.
I just want to know from SCB how much it values for them to keep the customer personal information confidential or they just share it with any Tom Dick & Harry to use it for calling anyone anytime.
