Upon taking my car for a routine maintenance check, I was shocked to discover that the vehicle had previously been hydro-locked, indicating it had been involved in a flood. This crucial detail was completely hidden from me at the time of purchase. It was explicitly noted in the service history of the car, which means Spinny either overlooked this or intentionally hid it. Spinny claims they do not buy cars without a complete service history, yet they sold me a vehicle with a serious undisclosed issue.
This experience has severely shaken my trust in Spinny's integrity and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Buying a car is a significant investment, and I expected honesty and transparency. Instead, I feel deceived and misled. I urge potential buyers to exercise extreme caution and conduct their own thorough checks, regardless of the assurances given by Spinny.
I hope that Spinny takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to prevent other customers from facing similar problems in the future.
