I bought a 2013 Nissan Terrano from Spinny in Chennai on 15th March 2023. After purchasing, I discovered numerous mechanical problems that Spinny couldn't fix, even under warranty. Frustrated, I sold the car back to Spinny on 13th September 2023, losing 1 lakh within six months.
Spinny then resold the car through a network agent without transferring the name. On 9th May 2024, the new owner had an accident, and as the registered owner, I received a legal notice to face the issue. This has been a complete waste of time. Despite raising the case with Spinny over a month ago, they have not found the person they sold the car to.
Pathetic service – I don't recommend Spinny at any cost. Please be cautious when dealing with Spinny; they are fake people.
