SPAR India has the absolute worst customer care service ever. Its a sad state that I need to resort to social media after calling, messaging & emailing them details of a transaction more than 13-15 times now. This transaction is dated 23rd April 2020(well over ONE MONTH now) for a due refund. As a brand, It's sad to know that they absolutely have no regard to customers and their woes. They have given me at least 6 complaint ticket numbers saying someone from the team will reach out and NOONE from the team ever called. I have to call them every day to find out the status. If they cannot process the refund due to whatever reason, they can at least stop giving stupid excuses & false promises that it'll be done by the end of the day.
It's not the refund that bothers me, its the absolute lack of careaand responsibility. And the fact that the escalations manager has no regard either. Really sad! Expected much better from a big brand such as SPAR India.
