I have visited with my father to this Hospital for his Ear treatment. We paid 100 Rupees for registration at OPD counter. It was long queue of the patients. My father was standing in the sr, citizen row and the counter opening timing was 8.30 AM but all the staff members came around 9.00 AM and there were no one to help the new patients.
All new registration form were finished and no security guard or any staff member went to bring more forms. Because of these things people faced too much inconvenienced. But inside all doctors of ENT Department were very good and they were doing good treatment of all the patients.
