I was a previous employee of Scope International, Chennai. Even I am also aware about these things happening in Scope.(paying bribes for jobs to HR Manager).
Don't pay anything to HR to get a job with this Company.
This is a lay off company. In the near future even if you perform well, you will be laid off.
Last year my colleague who got the Best Performer award was laid off from the Company.
She has joined another good organization now.
