I have been using Samsung 48J5100 121 cm(48) LED TV(Full HD) for more than 2 years now . I chose Samsung Company as it is well known by everyone and is one of the trusted brands and most used brand and has a great reputation all over the world, and my family and friends recommended to buy this Product but unfortunately my experience has not been so good, there were many problems that I faced using this product and would like to tell you some.
The sound quality of this Tv is very Poor and the screen quality is also not HD. The picture quality is also poor, and In the last 2 years, I have given this TV for repair for more than 7 times, It just turns off while watching.
Its so frustrating as The price was also high and It needs repair time to time. Worst Experience, It feels like I wasted my money. It is not at all durable. I would not recommend this product, there are many other companies that are offering same product as less price and more durable.
