Definitely the experience varies from person to person and unless you are stuck with a problem you don't realized if the service is good or bad. Unfortunately I was stuck with a bad situation with Royal Tralves, and there behavior was too bad and unexpected.
I booked the travel for 3 person for 13th June 2010. Bus was on time in morning. It was supposed to start at 8:00 am and it started before time as all the intial passengers from first stop(near MORE super market, JNTU rode) were on time. they spend lot of time in between shuffling people from one bus to other and finally reached Ramoji Film city at 10:30 (30 min. late from schedule).
Rest was perfect in Ramoji Film City (as this was last day of the summer carnival).
Bus was supposed to start at 6:45 pm (reaching time was 7:45 pm). They started on time, but stopped in secunderabad and Ameerpet for 15-20 min each time for there personal work, and finally reached JNTU at 9:20 and asked me to get down there (which was not the stop where I took the bus).
Argued for some time and said ok we can drop you but first we will go to Miyapur then will come back and drop you (To go 500 mitures would you like to travel 10km ?).
When I said I am going to complain about them they said go and complain who ever you want.
Finally I didn't had any option, by that time bus already moved ahead from JNTU, I asked driver to stop the bus he said I am not going to stop now. It will go to Miyapur now.
Finally I had to hold the helper and ask him to stop the bus. I also said if you don't stop here it is going to be very tough for them.
Finally they stopped and I got down there.
Not sure if it was my bad luck, but that was one of the worst experience I faced.
