I have purchased JIO WiFi Hotspot and connected today morning. Within 5 min I could notice that the speed is very low. On contacting Jio customer care, they are informing me that I have already consumed 1 GB data. When I further asked the details, executive is promptly admitting there is a mistake in system. Please note if a system is billing any customer for 1 GB without the customer actually consuming it, it's FRAUD. How can we be safe in prepaid model. They can charge customers fraudulently and take away money. To solve problem they need 48 hours whereas they take 5 min for new activation. This is typical RELIANCE STYLE of fooling customers with FREEBIES and Rob them! I repent buying JIO! My complaint no: 3630376
