I have worked with Rcom at their Navi Mumbai DAKC office.Well if you are planning to not work and laze around and just want to wail away time for getting paid peanuts this is just the place to be.
Had joined this place to learn the trades of business, did it in under a year and just fled. Can never think of going back to this place ever.
I can't even imagine of mentioning the amount of unwanted people employed with the company due to which the attitude/culture of work gets demoralising. People just don't want to work the right way. It's always more about their inflated egos. Working culture is more of government styled than corporate.
One thing good about this place is the campus. It is a city in its own with a hospital, gyming, guest house facilities to name a few. It also has a private lake inside the premises. It can't get better than this.
If you really want to work in a good progressive corporate this is not the place to be but if you are old and want to retire from your work you might consider this as an option.
