This company has worst customer care. I even have applied for the cashless treatment of my mother every week back and still no response received from them. Whenever I attempt to call customer care they create me await 10 minutes on call saying a customer care agent will attend you shortly and suddenly after 10 minutes they cut the phone saying no agent is free.
I am feeling helpless.
