I ordered a Old Tv with stand year ago and paid the shipment charge of 300/- for 2nd floor as discussed with RM, next day morning the transporter called me and asked for address, I told him clearly, but that fellow asked me to pay extra transportation charge as my place was far from his pickup point, I told him that I had paid already and couldn't pay any extra, he didn't respond anything and cut the call, and he again called me in the evening 7pm and told he had reached my location and he told he will not lift the materiel to 2nd floor as he was not told so, but I told him to first shift the material then only I pay the remaining amount, he started scolding me and argued me about 5 mins and then finally he lifted the material to 2nd floor.
Thing is why we need to pay this extra when we paid enough shipping charge already and how come he was not told about handling the product upon confirmation with customer.
Bad Relationship manager service.
