Sharing my story, hope it helps if you are considering Planet spark for your kid. One thing is sure don't go with their counselling agent, that person is just a salesman, don't care about your child. He never tells all the facts. There is no customization, it is just a selling tactics.
PlanetSpark company is big fraudsters With lot of regret and disappointed I am writing this review.
I enrolled my kid in the planet spark English speaking course but
I feel it is not helping. Teachers just want to complete their topic, they don't focus on child needs. They lie about having customized curriculum. Once kid is enrolled they use same syllabus just like school, doesn't care if kid is improving or not. In the Practice class, they have so many children that kid gets only 6 -8 mins of speaking out of 1.5 hrs. When raised this point, they said their allowed class strength is 10 students. When raised ticket for opt out after deducting consumed classes fees they said we don't have this policy even observation period is not finished. Once you enrolled, you are kind of stuck and don't have another option. If you raise ticket they don't bother to ask your concern. Counseller agent will not pick call regarding opt out.No message reply.
