Hi friends, Philips is a well known brand in field of electronics but this product is not upto the marks. I purchased it online by Snapdeal. it is costly product, but I bought it in the name of Philips. when I found it, I was shocked to see its body. it is made of fragile plastic. when I checked its sound, I was taken aback to hear its sound. sound was vague. I talked to customer care of philips to solve this problem. representative was unable to solve my problem. I decided to return it. Thanks Snapedeal which accepted my return request. after some days I got my money in Snapedeals's freecharge wallet.
