Booked 3 bedsheets a value of 2000+ through pepperfry on 16th October 2014. The products will be about to dispatch on 21st October as per them and about to deliver by them on 28th October'14.
Payment made through credit card on advance!
By 22nd of October they mailed me 1 product is not available and by 26th October I received other mail on not having the 2nd product on stock(not any telephonic confirmation)! After that I spoke to their call center as per them their organization is working on traditional way, I am not aware what type of tradition is this?
After not receiving the 3rd bedsheet on 28th October as per their commitment I again call them up on 29th October, now as per their call center its not too late(already booked the order of bedsheets on 16th October) only 1 day had gone and I will receive a call from their technical team by next 48hrs to shout out the issue. Again they fails to call by next 48 hours again when I call them on 2nd November as per their call center they had dispatched the product on 1st November and I will receive the same by next 2-3 days! Here It is something really traditional!
That means after charging the whole amount at single shot, only seeing the snaps of the unavailable products they are unable to deliver the products after 19-20 days also!
Worst experience gathered first time in life on shopping through any online sites as of now!
Requesting all of you if you have enough monitory support and enough patience to make the whole payment in advance and wait for about a month without any confirmation from the organization side then surely go for this online site otherwise think twice before shopping through https://pepperfry.com/
