Paid two months in advance for Har Ki doon trek for 9 days. It was total disaster, upon reaching we found it was winded up in 7 days. Besides that there was no pre arrangement at any point, Mr. Arun Joshi of peak adventure gave this contract -at last moment to some local guy in Dehradoon, who had no idea of what this company promised. Fancy itinerary was given with continental food, good quality tents, accommodation on first and last day, but There was no accomodation on first day at Sankri, We had to arrange for forest guest house( on our own) at last moment without electricity & water. Same thing happened enroute. Contractor was trying to cut short all the facilities. Food given was bare minimum 2 pooris or 2 rotis with pickles, though in iterinary Indian, Chinese continental was promised . On many occasions contractor borrowed food from other trekking companies who were parallely trekking with us.
While in return we had to pay for two days of accomodation which we arranged on our own. Contractor abandoned us. Arun joshi switched off his phone during our entire trip. We paid 24000 Rs each person for lousy and substandard trip, wheras their competitors charge merely 8000 to 10000 rs for 10 times better facilities food and guide. Tent sites were pitched in wrong locations( near village), not on scenic camping sites, as per the convenience of local guide. Steer clear from Arun Joshi and Vijayendra of Peak adventure Tour, they are just touts in Delhi, collect money in advance, and disappear. They have no manpower, no facilities, ultimately giving contract to local guys at last moment, We had worst time of our life, These people are ruining country's tourism. Typical thugs. Beware of Peak adventure tour Noida. They are nothing more than scammers and fraud- overpromise something which doesn't exist, charging three times more money and worst service.
Avoid these touts, They have uploaded many fake reviews in their site, don't get trapped, After long chase I was able to get hold of Arun Joshi on phone who promised to part refund for poor-service, but again he backed out. It looks like they are habitual scammers.
