Few moths ago I bought a Bluei HP-302 over ear wired headphone from paytm mall with order id 4652884239.
First of all it was a duplicate fake product because it was looking somewhat on the screen and was other in looking when I got it on my hand. So, I wanted to return the product and tried to contact the customer care number for more 10-12 times and after that I was able to talk to them. They told me that sir you can't return the product it is not allowed in our customer policy.I told them all about what happened to me but all the responses came from other side that it is not allowed.
The quality of the headphone was worst in sound quality and looking. When I was buying the product it was very beautiful but when in reality it is not 10% of looking shown in website.The size also small.
Describing about the delivery timeline I want to say that it showed me a date of delivery and delivered to me on another date 2 days later.Besides this every message came later.
The app and website both are full of fake product ads.This all products are good in look in app or website but not in reality.
In terms of reliability any online shopping platform can be better than this. The customer representative who delivered me the product asked me for my Aadhar card card number, whether it was no mentioned neither in email nor in message to carry the Aadhar card with me when it will be delivered. And I told that to the representative and after that he said, 'sorry I've asked you for Aadhar card by mistake'.
