Pacific mall is located in Tagor garden , Delhi.When I was in delhi I was purchased many stationery items, cosmetic items, clothes, food items and jewellery from there.There have many stores, restaurants, sales, textiles, movie theatre etc.
It was one of my favourite place for roaming. Last year I purchased clothes from there.I purchased Anarkali salvar , prize was little high 3000 rs.I used that product one week after that salvar cloth got damaged.Cloth thread got to splitting.
I went there again for return my product because the prize was too high but quality was poor.i told them the product got damaged within one week.salvar thread got started to splitting .The textiles manager said, no we will not return this item.we will not change this item because you used this product for one week.
We arguied alot there, the manager used bad words against me.finally I put my item there then I returned my home without take my money.i said I don't want your product if you return my money or not.
After that incident I didn't purchase a single item from pacific mall. They dnt no how to treat a customer. They are not professionals.They selling their product with high prize and low quality. The mall total ambience is good but product quality is below average and customer service and behaviour of mall management is worst.
I will give three out ten for their overall performance.
