The title doesn't seem to match the products. You would expect oven picked cakes, but you'll be surprised getting stale one. Such was my experience with Ovenpick.
Though at a stone throw's distance from my home, I wish it was far away. I had decided to bring cake from Ovenpick for my nephew's birthday.
So I ordered in the morning for a Chocolate Cake and they said it'll be ready by the evening. I went home worry free expecting the cake to be ready by promised time.
But to my utter dismay, the cake wasn't ready by the time I reached. I argued with them for the reason it was not ready and they didn't have any explanation. But as the children had started coming, I had to reach home with a cake. So I bought a ready made pineapple cake from store half hearted and got back to home.
As if the delay episode was not enough, the taste of the cake was terrible and the base was like if you were to eat a brick. Everyone at the birthday party was disappointed.From that point onwards, I took an oath to never shop at Ovenpick.
