I have submitted my mobile for insurance cover to one assist with my one assist membership id: 1000881421 and the claim id service request : #3246586 .They collected my mobile on 24 th july .Delivery guy took my phonr along with sim tray .I have questioned them whether is there really need to take sim tray and they said as.
I have provided description as follows: I was at my home and kept the mobile on table next to my bed and when on 18 th july I woke up phone was on my bed as it felldown my cousin picked up and placed it on bed.I dont know exact time .but when I checked my mobile bottom 3 navigation buttons was not working.when I took it service center on 18th they told me its a physical damage.The display touch is working fine and there is no break and damage on screen .only on left there is yelloe spot.
After few days they told me that your claim is rejected with below information.
With reference to your request number 3246586, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.
They returned my mobile but sim tray was missing.I called service center they told me that it will get in 48 hrs but till now didnt.
If insurance copany itself does these kind of nasty things whom we need to believe.what kind of stupidity is this?
Claim settlement process is too worst and it involves lot of struggles mischiefs and cheating.Sincere request stay away from this.
