Few weeks ago since I had ample of time to go to function which was around 20 km and I was suppose to be there by 11oc, then I booked a OLA share. he arrived 15 min later saying he was waiting for someone to pickup but he had not come. 10 am I stepped into a cab and he was few miles away and suddenly he got a share on the same location where I was pick, he came back and I was okay as I was on share, then he continued further and all it was okay when I was almost there again he got 1 more share request which is 3 km behind where we passed already, I asked driver not to go but he argued me saying he will get penalized if he reject the request, that was worst experiance and I reached a hour late.
since then I never used a OLA share again.
