I am extremely frustrated with OctaFX’s withdrawal process. After already expressing my concerns about their sudden request for bank statements during my first withdrawal attempt, they’ve asked for the same documents yet again. This repeated demand feels invasive, unnecessary, and raises serious concerns about customer privacy.
What’s even more frustrating is that during deposits, they never ask for any such documentation, making this whole process seem unfair and inconsistent. In contrast, my experience with other platforms like Exness and BTCDana has been seamless, with no such complications or privacy concerns during withdrawals.
OctaFX needs to seriously reconsider its withdrawal policies. This ongoing issue has made the process far more complicated than it needs to be, and it has only further eroded my trust in the platform. I urge them to respect customer privacy and streamline their processes.
