I ordered a product from Myntra because it said one day delivery, it got delayed for 8 days and I still haven't received it. The customer care only keeps telling me to wait for 24 hours everytime I call them, they have no idea why my ticket is pending for so long or what action has been taken on it or when I'll get the delivery. To conclude, this is the worst delivery experience I've had, a local illiterate milkman functions more professionally then them. If you are smart, dont order from them.
Some idiot from Myntra called me yesterday saying that I'll get the delivery today and I'll be compensated, as expected nothing happened.
