I bought MTS MBlaze Datacard 6 months back.The MTS salesperson assured that I would get speed upto 9.8 Mbps. But, from day one, I am getting speed of 500 Kbps - 600 Kbps which is utter waste after paying Rs 1200 for Dongle and Rs. 999 for unlimited plan.
I have registered complaints many times.No resolution so far Moreover, MTS told that I will get 40GB per month for 999 plan. Now they are telling its 20 GB Day+ 20 GB night. I do not use internet after midnight.
Hence, its only 20GB for me.They could have told me this before taking connection.Real cheating! I am thinking of discarding MTS and going for a better Internet Service Provider.
