I have to come to know about this website 2 years ago. I had been suffered by airtel people since a long time over a rehcarge issue. and their customer care people were also doing time pass . so, through google.com, I came to know about this website, I posted my story on this and received response from airtel. though my problem take a long time to solve even after intervention by mouthshut.com but still at this time it serves a ray of light in dark night for me.

and moreover whenever I need to buy a new product or any service, I always go to review section of this website, 80/100 reviews seems genuine as well as helpful.

I have also told my friends about this website whenever they come to me seeking for help regarding any dispute with the company.

and in my opinion for genuine companies who keep want to know about their image in customer section and want to keep it on top, also responds to reviews.
