I had bought morphy richards microwave oven from chandigarh to gift it to my parents. I had bought this product because of the name of the company.
I inquired the dealer that will I will get demo test at my home which is situated in karnal, in response he told me that all dealers of morphy richards are appointed by company and they need to follow all the rules and regulations of the company.
so, when my parents asked the dealer of karnal to send any man to give them demo of the product, he kept giving them excuses about the unavailability of any person and kept them deferring till 1 month and after 1 month the person from dealer side came for demo. and completed it exactly in 5 mins, my mother was at home at that time, she was completely clueless what was this?
during my holidays I came to home and told my mom how to use this oven. due to indifferent attitude of dealer people, my family was unable to use their own product.
from then, neither I had bought and nor suggested any other to buy this company product.
