I am using MORF India RO Water Purifier in my home.I am not at all satisfied with their after sales service.Inexperienced technicians damaged the machine twice.I contacted higher ups and complained.Then, another technician came and fixed it.
At the time of renewing annual contract, they say, the purifier will be serviced 4 times an year.But, nobody turns up thereafter.We can see a Morf technician only at the next renewal date.Money minded company.No customer satisfaction
