It started with a good service, turned bad and now the worst! They have bitten more than they could chew! They increased their span ot service from a milk company to grocery but with a team of uncaring, illiterate and callous staff which randomly adds any item to any bag and delivers whatever they feel like, shortchanging the customer. There is zero supervision, no mechanism to verify the complaints. Initially they were refunding for their mistakes. Now a days, they simply turn a deaf ear to complaints and just label as "issue resolved" a few minutes after issue
