Hi friend, once I have been user of Microtek inverter of this model. I have very worst experience with it. I bought it from retail shop. this product worked well about three month but after it its power button was gone wrong. its spring was elongated. and not in working condition. it was switched off automatically. I complained to customer care and put my problem. he asked me to bring inverter at service center while retailer said to me at time of purchasing if you will have any problem about inverter an engineer will visit your home . he will repair it in warranty period. when I told this things to customer representative he cut the phone. I was very wounded to see this type of behavior. I decided to return this inverter. next day I returned inverter and purchased Luminious inverter.
