I was bought it from an online store. This was my first laptop and my experience is too bad because its hangs and lags very much when surfing internet or playing games. The wifi doesn't work for some time so I need to restart the device for several times. Also the mouse doesn't work for some time and recover it by restart. All my documents and files are deleted automatically and they are not available in recycle bin. I highly recommend you to not spend my on it as first or second laptop.
This is user friendly who want a small laptop but don't buy this.
I am not satisfied from this device because it corrupt my all data that was on the computer storage.
This is not value for money because I used it for only six months and after its dead.
The service support is pretty good but not too good.
