Hello frnds.I was very much shocked and still in same mood with the incident that took place between me and max life customer.
This issue is regarding the policy number : 6742 46735 .I was very much disappointed with their behaviour.they dont have minimum knowledge because before premium payment I got message to pay premium of 13, 456 .when I went to pay premium online itbis displaying premium amount as 13672 .
When I asked the customer care for the same they replied saying that this is due to increase premium because of GST Applicability in july 17.so GST will be applicable after that I made the premium payment of 13672.but I received receipt for 13, 456.
Then I raise my voice and questioned and said that complaint will be raised against them .then they started conveying that it is fault from their end and I can take back my extra paid premium by neft.
My question is is this that situation if one who raise the voice get money back and others cannot? Attitude and customer service is too worst.
