This happened two days back, and it was night 4:00 am, while coming back from office, Im from Mumbai, But live in Chandigarh,

This car my silver Swift ZDi has clocked 62000Kms, I got this car in Nov 2011, First thing I did was changed all stock MRFs to Michelins 195/60/R15,

I had two days off, Just googled what might be the cause, All the site were saying Clutch cable which costs 250 Rs, after doing some research, I came to know that there is no clutch cable in Diseal versions,

its Hydraulic based, there is one cyclinder near the reservoir and second Cyclinder assembly inside the Gearbox,

I went and opened the hood checked the reservoir which was empty then I checked below the car the oil was comming from the gear box, I checked it was not gear oil by its viscosity and color, it looked like break oil, I added BOSCH DOT 4 oil, and started driving to nearest GP store, purchased cyclinder Assbly clutch, cost was 3100 Rs, purchased cotton Rags, Changed Gear oil with mobil gear oil 80w90

Everything started working fine,

I later reverse engineered the assembly and saw it was engineered to fail, As it has plastic piston inside which I am sure will not last much due to its plastic piston, which could have been made of aluminum.

Advice to MSIL, please do not use plastic parts which becomes a risk to life.

Hope management reads and corrects their mistake Asap, and replaces all plastics with aluminum

I am attaching the images

Edit Replaced tyres on 21 Dec 2018, Gor Bridgestone Ecopia 195/60/R15,

water pump, battery and turbo changed at 84000 kms today
