This organization is most non transparent organization I have ever seen. My cousin brother came to bangalore and he was having some problem with urination. When we went to this hospital we did blood test. In the blood test they told that the platelet count is 9 thousand and he needs to be admitted in the ISU.
We did as per the doctor. He was given 8 bottles of blood. And then re-test of blood showed platelet count of 70 thousand. Doctor told him that he can be discharged now and then come back again after 4 days for other test and check up. My brother told he will go to delhi and hence can not come back here. On this doctor told to do the re-test of blood. Again blood test was done. This time they told that platelet count is 3 thousand and they wanted to shift him to ICU. I told them I want discharge and I will do the re-test outside and if the platelet count is not 3 thousand then I will sue them.
On this they got threatened and did re-test and after that laboratory told platelet count is 30 thousand , nurse told its 15 thousand, doctor told its 4 thousand. Different people told different counts. This was a clear indication of cheating and no transparent and not being organized. I fought with doctor and told this hospital is cheating. After some time doctor came and told it was a mistake and actual platelet count is 30 thousand. I lost trust on them and I got my brother discharged and they did not even give any report like blood report, platelet report. We had payed for all the lab test which was equal to Rs 30 thousand. And they did not give any report on discharge.
Conclusion is that this hospital is a cheat and want to make money and not there for treatment of patient.
Nursing Staff is not educated, others are not well behaved.
