As per title, Livspace is very professional and prompt with there response before paying your booking amount which is 25k. Once you pay that they forget about discounts, they forget about initial discussion, they forget about design because then they say this design not fit or bad design. Basically as per there refund policy after 48 hrs they are not liable to refund so they make sure that nothing will start before 48 hrs that means you never fit it policy to get refund. It's a trap. In my case interior designers changed 3 times and everytime they not aware about past discussions and no one care to reply you because anyways you pay 25k which they not gonna give you back as per there policy. I am seeking help from all possible ways for this, I register complaint in consumer forum and put reviews on Google but since 2 months I have not received any update from them. Also don't fall for there Google reviews because once you visit there store they asked you to give review in your first visit which can't be true
Please suggest what can I do in this situation.
