A company that works on the principle of being nice until they get the full payment and once their loot is over, they have a billion reasons to fool you. Listing a billion reasons is not possible but to name a few they started by appointing an architect for our project and we were told that the same architect will be taking care of our modular and non modular things(the quotations of both were sharedby the samearchitect) WE were told that livspace would not provide 10 year warranty on non modular.Things were fine until after making full payment we came to know that or they declared that the architect is a freelancer and not their employee and that they are not concerned about what she does because non modular is not under their so called scope. The thing to note here is that our modular work was designed by the same designer.After million conversations, we are still hanging with a string because the work that these guys have done is even worse than a 5th grader can do with a moulding clay. Don't fall in the trap. The company excels at looting money and giving g you third class work.
