Myself had purchased a Livepure purifier from amazon.we called the respective people for installation.when engineer came for installation, he replaced hardware knob as the provided one was faulty.For that he charged 450 rupees and when I asked for the bill of the knob he refused to provide.I informed him that we needed the bill for reimburse.
Then the procedure is to drain thepurifier twice before using it.when I switchedbit off to drain the watervand switched it on , the adapter didnt work.So I complained this to the customer care on 26th june.
No service has been provided till now.Their attitude towards customer was very arrogant .I even contacted the regional manger, mailed customer care, and also tweeted to them.But still no response.
Regional mngr chand sheikh, simply disconnects my call .A lady from head officr calls me everyday since this week and asks me if the service has been provisioned and promises to do so by end of that day.Yet no service was provided till date and we are stuck with faulty purifier.
Amazon also wont take it back as I had raised a request to uninstall the purifier but uninstallation was also a no show and when amazon vendor came he had to go back as the pueifier was mounted on wall and there was nothing to send back
They even charge 500 rupees for uninstallation.Such a dramatical game of theirs to delay uninstallation so that we cannot return the piece.Style and design of this purifier is also not so adorable.It was not userfriendly.
Hence I request all not to purchase Livpure purifier and waste money .
