Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with LG Double Door Refrigerator GL- D302 JSFL. LG is a best Brand of electronic items and I was expecting more with it's products but My experience with this product was very worst.
Last year I was buying this refrigerator. In starting 5-6 months it was working great. It was very giving good performance . It gives best cooling on the both part. Nothing to be any problems. but after 6 months day by day it would be giving so many problems. It's cooling was becoming less and it was gives cooling very slow. When I was store milk shake in the refrigerator for become cold. But after 1-2 hours the shake was only little cold not giving chilled cooling. So. The durability of refrigerator? was very bad and weak And it's both side part was heated very high . So, I was very worried about it and I was calling to customer service. They received my call and told me send a person for checking. But next day no body was coming after 7-8 days later the person was coming from customer service. So, the customer service was very slow and pathetic.
The refrigerator was very easy to use and I was not any problems to operate it . So, it was user friendly.
But it was not easy to hand. Heavy in weight and not carry easily from one place to another. The design and style was very old and not different to other so, not much attractive.
It was my mistake to buy this product of LG and I was not recommended to buying this refrigerator to any one and I will give it 1 out of 5.
