Firstly , I want to inform you all that I am using this device since 2 months and I experienced that it is one of the bad device . It has many defaults regarding to its performance. After using it for long term its parts started damaging. It has no uniqe feature in comparison to other laptops present in the market.
Its USB cable circuit is not responding after using it for 1 month. Some keys of its kepad had stoped working now I am facing problem on typing and I cannot connect any other device to because of its USB circuit has stopped working.
When I started playing game on this laptop . Then, after half an hour it started hanging because it cannot manage heavy load. It cannot process many programs at a time because it processor does not allow it do several work at a time.so now you can imagine that how bad this device is working.
There is missing of many programs so I have to add several programs in it externally and some time I saw that it is not supporting in this device so it is a very irritating while working on this laptop I had used this laptop only two month but I started facing lots of problem so I feel that the money I spend on this laptop is wasted.
It's a service centre is not available in a large scale so I get problem on service in my laptop if you give your laptop for servicing at the service centre you will get it after 2 or 3 month so you came to know that they are servicing the laptops by taking very much time and their servicing cost is very high so everyone cannot service their laptop in the service centre because of taking lots of money at the service centre the customer do not service
their laptop and using it as at that condition. When my USB circuit was damaged then I do not give it to the service centre because of taking lots of money I service my laptop at private service soap.
I had buyed this laptop at 35000 and you can know that it is expensive laptop but its performance is very bad in the comparison of other laptop present in the market. it is one of the bad device among all laptops .Now you easily came to know that you can buy best laptop at its range so it is so that it is not value for money for the customers.
According to my experience regarding to this laptop I appeal to the viewers that don't buy this device otherwise you will face many problems.
