I had the misfortune to work in Laser Soft Infosystems Ltd, Chennai.
I worked there only for 6 months.
I had to resign to save my career.
My Project Manager was one Mr.Prakash
He knows nothing about software.
I heard that he is working here only because of his personal connection with CEO of the company.He is a big zero with no technical knowledge
He always give foolish advice.
We can learn nothing from this company.
Our career is wasted as far as we work here.
There is no work-life balance in this company.
At the time of appointment, they told we need to work only 5 days per week.
Now, they are asking to come on saturdays also.
No ethics for this management.
The allotted lunch time is 30 min.
If we take 35 min, it is a big crime in this company.
There is no career growth here.
All senior posts are filled purely on the basis of recommendation.
No respect for individual merit.
I request all software professionals to avoid this unethical company
