Let me start with some back ground, I have worked for this company for 6 years, few years thru L&T at United Nations at Vienna HQ, from which company made loads of money, got new business from other divisions of UN,
I come back and join a local project in Mumbai, L&T info-tech takeover a local pune company ISRC, whos employess have never traveled beyond pune, L&T managers appoint new companys people with little or no exprience as senior managers, one of them is Anand kulkarni(Anand Kulkarni Sr. Project Manager L&T Infotech Ltd.)
Tech Manager puts me a request for doing a server activity week in advance with everyone in CC, to be done by me at 3 AM India time, yes im working in shifts
I complete the activity, and there is a unknown escalation from this(Anand Kulkarni) manager, Client did not have any issue, in a filled weekly meeting this guys dont know what problem he has with me. asks all of a sudden to remove me from company, I did not understand when email was marked to him what was he doing for a week? why was not any concern raised? and when he was in is sweet sleep at 3 AM I was working, when HR called me I gave Neena sunil the copy of Email in which he was marked, NO action against the Manager for his lapse, I got a better job, many good engineers have left this company and this project after immature hands have taken over and L&T infotech has no clue
its time to review / Relive people like Mandar Apte, Anand Kulkarni Who know nothing technical, play politics, Obstruct people from doing their duties hope one day they will get what they deserve
for L&T infotech, you lose good engineers, you believe in people who has just joined the company, where giving a email proof is not enough. that shows there are unwanted people in HR and management
