I have bought a 2 BHK in the residency sector 103, gurgaon on dwarika express way. They supposed to start construction in mar'11. and Even till now Sep'11 they did give allotment letter...
When calling them they are making excused and not providing any clear picture.
So for me Landmark (Gurgaon) Real estate Company is a fraud.
So friend I suggest to buy any residential/commercial project in landmark.
So the employees of the company are very rude. They don’t know to talk with people. How can they claim that they are having multiple companies?
