I had booked ticket GOBUS3802f2b7d4 with KPN Pudukottai to Chennai with goibobo for Sleeper AC bus.
The Bus came with a delay of 30 minutes. I had booked upper sleeper birth, when I entered the bus I saw the seats were wet, when I checked with the operator he said please adjust sir, I said ok and I travelled till Trichy.
Whenever the bus was turning and stopping water was poring on my seat like a fountain form the AC unit.
The AC on top of my head had no ac temperature control, all my luggage got wet and I had no options but to get down a trichy.
Dont opt for KPN
