Awards we have won: The Most
Customer Responsive Company in Financial Services Category by Avaya
Global Connect in 2007| Best Broker in India by Asia Money in 2006| Best Broker in
India by Finance Asia in 2005| Best Equities House in India by Euromoney in 2005
I am surprised
that they mention that they have won all these awards mentioned above in their auto-email responder, particularly the first one
"The Most Customer
Responsive Company in Financial Services Category by Avaya Global Connect
in 2007".
I wanted to open
an account with them and sent them an email, I did get a call from their Prabhadevi
Office - by one Ms. Vaishali (Tel 022-6621-xxxx), surprisingly she informed
about some basic trading account - upon inquiring about Super Flat or Freeway
accounts - I was blatantly asked about the some that I will trade with - when I
said Rs.50, 000 - I was treated like a third grade customer with a curt reply and
I quote " We don't sell these accounts here" unquote.
I couldn't
really understand what she meant, and after trying to get a clarification she
informed me that she in the Head Office, and Head office doesn't sell this
account - so I requested her to pass my number to the branch that
does!
She readily
accepted that and informed that she will get back to me in 10 mins - well after
waiting for 2 hours, I finally called her and after being put on hold for 10
mins - I was told she is busy on the other line and the person just hung up on
me.
WOW! I wonder
how these people win awards with such customer service?
PS: I see that many people have posted similar reviews about them and given them 1 star for customer service and 1 for promptness - infact they don't deserve any mention - forget stars. But unfortunately the Mouthshut.com doesn't allow that to happen - when a company/product's rating is below anything - how can someone give them a star? They don't deserver even a poor rating - that would be too nice for them.
