I visited Kasol in October 2020, it was a 4 days trip. We stayed there in camps on the first day. Though I was very tired after the long journey of travelling from Delhi to Kasol but I thought not to waste time staying in the camps for the whole day but my groupies wanted to take rest. So I decided to explore nearby markets and restraunts. I went to the Moon Dance Cafe and had a lemonade from there that was just waste of money, but I like their ambience and the crowd was good there. From there, I went to the local street market to buy a cap and stall. To my surprise, the vendors were selling everything at high prices. I didn't purchase it. Than I went to a small local cafe and had momos from there. They were so damn tasty. I came back to my camp after exploring the place. Camps were good with super comfy floor bedding, clean toilets, dinner was served late, we were starving but it was worth the wait. Non veg and veg both were yummy. What I liked most about this place was its away from traffic, not at all polluted and sightseeing.
