I was informed about rescheduling of my flight only in part, i.e., from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm. I thought it's ok, doesn't make much of difference. But, I got to know once I checked on jetairways website my PNR, then I got to know that there is a wait period of 4 hrs at kolkata airport.
My 4 hrs flight became that of 8 hrs. And am not even being informed on time. And I tried around 4-5 times to contact jetAirways customer care, most of the time told by IVR system to call back later, and once even I waited for around 10 min to get someone to pick my call, but no response, only IVR telling me your call is important.
So, important that you don't care for the time I might have to waste to get connected to your customer care person. Pathetic experience, added with 4 hrs of wait time. Don't know what's going to come next, traveling is still left.
