I bought a ALCOTT Blue Skinny Fit Stretchable Jeans from Jabong. So, now the time to say what happened to me.

1. First of all the delivery time it took than any other shopping platform. They messaged one date of delivery and delivered at another date. Then I wanted to return the product due to low quality and tried to connect to the customer representatives both in mail and phone . In mail replied me not at all and I succeeded in connecting them in call after 12-13 times. And the only help I got from them was nothing. They told me that sir our no representatives are not available in your region so you have to return the product by yourself. Then I told them that why you are selling the products in those region where your representatives are not available but they replied nothing.

   
   




2. Talking about the product quality I want to say that It was good only in name and price but for usage it was worst.

   
   




3. Saying about the delivery timelines I wish to utter that any other online shopping berth can deliver the product than it . Besides, I got the product to days later after the date it showed during buying. No message nor any mail was delivered to me about this delay.

   
   




4. Talking about the app and websites I want to say that you will find the products you didn't desired . Besides app contains inappropriate ads.
