I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Siwan, it was tatkal ticket but the ticket booked was a waiting ticket which not applicable for travelling. The refund was initiated last week ago, on 23 august 2017 but I didn't received my refund amount in my bank account. I dont know what to do at this moment, should I call 139 for this problem or I have to just wait for more days ? I am really confused they didn't mention any helping number If the payment is not received. The site is also always busy, Irctc servers are always down. You cannot book tatkal ticket in bihar route. Still waiting lets see when they are gonna pay my amount.
